A renovation project at Jaspal residential One, the service apartment located in the central area of Bangkok, was designed to bring livelihood back into this space. Old swimming pool and abandoned rooftop are the main common areas for all residents whre new design were created to generate more activities in the spaces. Swimming pool, kid’s pool, water features, basketball area, outdoor pantry, seating corner and semi-outdoor fitness space are connected to each other for allowing all the residents to fully spending their valuable time for ultimate relaxation.
